Paramount is in Kyle, one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas. It's right off I-35, about 25 miles south of downtown Austin, which makes it a popular spot for folks who work in Austin but want more home for their money. Kyle has great parks, the Plum Creek neighborhood with shops and restaurants, and easy access to San Marcos outlets. The community itself has a park, pavilions, and playground. If you want to be close to Austin without paying Austin prices, Paramount is one of my top recommendations.
