I've been selling new construction homes since 2013. I've worked with multiple builders, sold every type of home from starter to luxury, and helped hundreds of buyers — first-timers, families upgrading, people downsizing, relocators, investors, you name it. Right now I'm with DR Horton, serving Central Texas from Kyle and San Marcos down through Lockhart, Seguin, Maxwell, Luling, and Fredericksburg.

I work with all kinds of buyers. First-time buyers trying to figure out if they can stop renting. Families who've outgrown their current home and need more space. Homeowners looking to upgrade, downsize, or relocate. People coming from out of state who don't know the area yet. Whatever your situation, I've probably walked someone through it before.

I know these communities well: the schools, the commute times, the tax rates, what's coming down the road in terms of development. When someone asks me which neighborhood is the best fit, I give them an honest answer based on what I know, not just what I'm trying to sell.
