About Sonoma Oaks
Sonoma Oaks is in Fredericksburg, right in the heart of Texas Hill Country. This is a different vibe from my other communities -- Fredericksburg has German heritage, award-winning wineries, Enchanted Rock, and Main Street is packed with shops and restaurants. The homes here are larger and on bigger lots, and the property tax rate is actually one of the lowest of any community I sell. If you want Hill Country living with a brand new home, Sonoma Oaks is the place. It's about 70 miles west of Austin, so this works best for folks who work remotely or locally.
